For no reason at all. my nokia 7610 seems to have stopped giving me an alert when i get a text. i've checked my profile that i use on it, and the message alert is on loudest with the tone Message Plain. The phone is also set to vibrate when i get a text. It all worked fine the day before yesterday. then yesterday it seemed to stop. I don't get any alerts, and when i get a text on the phone i should (and used to get) a little bar at the bottom to say "1 message received" i don't get that any more. Only way i can know if i get a text is if i go to my inbox to check.. any idea why this could be, and how i could sort this problem out?
