Nokia 6670 as a modem?

I'm new to the Nokia 6670 and I'm just wondering what the modem does? Most computers come with modems internally installed already... :con?

It allows you to connect to the Internet while you are mobile and you don't have phone line, LAN or WiFi connection at that place... 😊

Is dial-up the only way to get internet for my pc?

Yes. Is a dial-up modem, but be prepared to pay a top price!!!

Hey, pc suite has a option named connect to the internet. I tried it and added my GPRS settings to it. Now it connects to the internet but i cant browse the internet using internet explorer. Also the system tray shows a baloon tip like "connection is now connected. Speed 100 mbps" its a high speed like a LAN.
