then after i clicked okay

then when i clicked manage connections

i have tried installing from the website and installing from the cd then uploading but it still has the same issues. can anyone help?

Do You have some previous PCSuite installed? If Yes, remove all installation files, and clean registry, with anything related with Nokia PCSuite. Than, try install again.
