I've been thinking of getting a memory card with more storage and I'd like to get a 2GB sandisk card. see link below. Are there any known compatibility issues with this card or will it work fine?

I would like to convert a few videos and watch them on my phone and also keep a few more mp3's on it as well. the 128mb card is just not enough.
Would it be possible to watch a full movie on the phone?

I have heard of problems with the scandisk 2Gb card, let me try find the info

Yes but as far too often on ebay, the price has been artificially lowered. You need to add �10 for shipping and insurance. Then you'll have to wait 2 days for it to be shipped and 5 to 10 days for it to be delivered. Still much cheaper than in a shop if you're patient.
nice price tho, tell us ur experience with it, i got a 2GB Kingston miniSD and it works great
I bought the exact same one, works fine for me. Came with an adaptor too to make it full SD. cost me about £25, came in 10 days, through ebay, was very impressed.

I've read of a couple of incompatibilities on the mobymemory forum so i got an Adata 2Gb 60x as they are supposed to work fine which mine does!

yeh they r plug and play! 2GB sd has got so cheap, i got a 1 gig sandisk sd 2 month ago and it was 40GBP, i wish id av waited and got the 2GB sandisk ultra II

I've been posting on the Pearl Jam forum (http://forums.pearljam.com) for years now and everybody there is just as nice and helpfull as you guys. I downloaded a pretty cool 3gp/mp4 converter application last night and i've started converting a few TV shows to 3gp. Now I cant wait to get the memory card, but realplayer is pretty crap. you can't scroll around in a file this morning. i thought i'd watch an episode of lost on the yubbe this morning, but it didnt work out as the player moved back the the beginning of the clip if it is paused and the keypad locks.
what other media player type application can i use? could someone post a link?

I would look for a guy who has a good rating and sells lots of these cards. Don't go for the first one you see, you will always be able to find a cheaper one if it goes over your limit (as long as its a reasonable limit). Hong Kong ones will be cheaper by a few quid, but take up to 2 weeks to arrive. That is the UK site, so if you are from another country just search for "miniSD 2gb" in your local ebay.
