N70 restarting problem

hi..
i recently installed some games on my n70 (mmc card). since these games ver installed d ph restarts itslf every 5 mins. iv removed all the recently installed application without successful results. i have tried soft formatting the ph but to no avail.
im trying to hard format the phone but it ain't happening. d ph ends up booting up without going in for d format..

need help badly..

Weel, You have donne already some possibilities. Maybe is a running process in memory. Try FExplorer to see what kind of processes are running. If that, don�t resolve the things, at least it uses to advantage to make one software upgrade, and You don�t even need to make the format.
