Just thought I would ask one question again before I take ny 3rd phone back. I sometimes get a loud screaching sound, almost like a loud dial up modem connection sound when I try to make or recieve a call. Apart from one occasion I have only noticed this to happen in or near my office.
Has anyone else heard of this or experienced anything similar?

I had this today, for the first time.
Infact, its on my 8th (i think) N80 now......
Each one has had its inidividual problems... f**king nightmare!
Just started ringing someone and *squeclh* really loud.... wierd!
never happened to me, maybe its a frequency that its blocking n80s signal
It is a bit strange otherwise phone works perfectly so reluctant to change but will investigste further.
