when I'm trying to save picture messages in the inbox (in my 6600) it shows an error message "unknown files format". Also I cannot open the previously saved picture messages and it's extension is ota. It was perfectly working last days . but Yesterday I install some softwares like Oxford dictionary, alone mp3 dicta phone, mobile theatre, cam pro, eti camcorder, sounder , answering machine and yahoo EA. Is any of these sw causes the problem?? If any one know plz help and thanks in advance:con? [/FONT]

If before all that installation works, and after don�t, one or more of that installation files, should provoke the bad function. Remove, and than try one by one.
