well sadly the subject says it all.

the unit fell outta my hand and now the screen wont fully close. theres a small gap that just wont close.

i can hear squeaking when i try to close the unit.

NOTHING looks broken. its just the screen isnt closing.

HELP

mine too, won't close fully, the gap is approx 1mm. so typing in the phone is tedious now but nothing seems to be broken and the drop was not that hard but this happened.

Have you got a solution for your N9300?

The unit is damaged... A Nokia Service Point can help! What else You want to do?

That's weird, the phone has a locking magnet inside. It should fully close unless the housing is now warped. You should be able to find the housing for sale.

Same thing happenned to mine and I took it to the nearest Nokia Service Point . I received it yesterday...repaired under warranty!!! They had to change the CHASSIS/UI ASSY, the part whith the hinge lid, hinge body and the flexy screen cable. So I guess it was the hinges...
I hope you can get it fixed under warranty too.
