check out the forum at symbian-freak. they have comprehensive step by step guide. not that difficult.

Thanks for the info, I had installed XXL screensaver but that doesnt allow me to customize my screensaver, Can you please let me know how to create a .sis file which i can install as a screensaver on my phone from .jpg images.
