Hello there..
I just got a new 3250..however after a few dyas..the pop-port connector on the phone is having a problem..it just won't hold anything tightly..the data cable fastens okay..but the phone doenot show the usb logo on the screen..i have to hold it tight lifting it a little then only it works..

An this is okay maybe..but the major problem for me is fastening the earphone jack..it comes loose often and volume becomes real real low in one ear..i have to hold it tight again to put it right..and i actually can feet the volume deepening as i do it...i just have to continue doing it again and again..

Could anyone here please help me out with this problem?

Seems to be a hardware (phone) problem. If the acessories are not broken, and dont stay in place when connect to the phone, is a phone problem. Is in the garantee, so... Nokia Service Point or change for a new one in the shop.
