I use capability NONE and self-sign the SIS file. The sis file can be
installed in S60 device.
However, when I use capability NetworkServices and self-sign the SIS file,
the sis file can't be installed. The error message "Required Application
Access Not Granted".
Do you have any idea about it? Does it mean self-sign can only be used for
the sis without any capability for S60?

There are only 5 capabilities given once you get Self Signed. These are,
a.. NetworkServices
b.. o LocalServices
c.. o ReadUSerData
d.. o WriteUserData
e.. o UserEnvironment
NetworkServices is listed under Self Signed so you should get this.
Put Capabilities NetworkServices in MMP or in Carbide.C++ instead of
None ..
For additional capabilties, you need to get Dev Cert with Private Id or ACS
ID
