could someone help me how to reformat 3230 and remove default files in drive Z(Z😊 coz it fulls my phone memory.:con?

Make a soft format *#7380#. Then you have your phone restored!

Files in Z: cannot be removed nor edited in any way, no matter what you do, because z: is the ROM where all the factory stuff is stored.

And yes, the second part of question, ROM files are not removed!
