could someone help me how to reformat 3230 and remove default files in drive Z [Z:] coz it fulls my phone memory.:con?

The Z-drive is ROM (Read-Only Memory). You can't remove anything from there, and any files there will not "full" (or fill) your phone memory, either (programs in ROM are not loaded to RAM, Random Access Memory, for execution, either, but executed directly from ROM).

Like said, ROM files couldnt be removed. But your memory problem, is not provoked by ROM files, but for other installed programs.
