Help in the Recorder

I tried recording some songs thru the recorder, but im experiencing some problems w/ it. It somehow, fluctuates. Meaning....the sounds I've recorder gets choppy. It get pauses every second. So it sounded like a skipping/ damaged CD.
I installed it over and over again but still the same result. I only experienced this after I formatted the whole device. What's wrong?
Help. Thanks

I think this is a common fault I also experience this when trying to record music and car sounds, its annoying but then again that recorder programme is a bit naff!

Try changing the audio quality to normal. When it's set to compressed it records real bad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Recorder-tools-settings-audio quality:normal.

change it to Compressed,
and try to use a 8MB MMC or maximum 16MB to record Normal quality.

but when using a 64+ MMC change it to Compressed.

Good luck 8)

Thanks guys. I got it already. The recorder stopped fluctuating already.
What I did was changed the default folder to Memory card from Communicator. That did the effect.
Thanks guys. 😃

Boys 😉 ,

When I am recording a ring tone with my Communicator I use Ring Mater.
Hven`t you heard of it?

It is great, you can even select the lenght of the ring tone

This happens when you're low on disk memory. At least it solved itself after setting recorder to record on d instead of c. That's why changing to compressed could also work.

I know about RingMaster. Its just that here in my country, the foreign exchange is soooooo high that it's really not that practical anymore to buy. So, sad to say, I have to work with what I have. 😞
