N80 doesn't accept TelecomItalia (TIM) SIM

Hi I have a N80 which recognize O2 and Vodafone SIMs and I've been told is unlocked.
I don't understand though why it is not recognizing my TIM (Telecom Italia Mobile) SIM (it's a 2G SIM)?

I also tried a O2 2G SIM with success.
Can anyone help me as soon as possible ?

Is it, perhaps, an old SIM? If so, ask TIM to issue you a newer one to replace it.
