Has anyone had this happen to them and anyone know how to fix it?
Every few hours my phone resets and reverts back to the default theme. It also seems to switch off the memory card as I have to switch the phone off and back on to be able to access it again. I sent my first N80 back because of this and now my new one is doing the same.
Any help much appreciated.

u need a software update to sort that problem
I already have the latest firmware.
You should analyse one by one of the sofware You have installed inside! Maybe one of them cause that.
maybe its the theme u have, try another one

format ur fone *#7370# and then format ur mem card, u will lose everything uv put on it so make a copy of ur contacts etc!
My phone sometimes restarts itself when I do do a balance check on speed dial, I push 2 then send and I get a white screen and it restarts. I can't wait for Nokia to get a new firmware out. Hope they enable 30fps video too, even the Nokia 6280 has 352 x 288 @ 30fps AND 640 x 480 @ 15fps
