New-B questions about E61

I live in the US and I currently have a Tmobile SDA with Windows Mobile 5 (same as the qtek 8300 and Imate SP5m). I can surf the web via wifi, I sync over the air my contacts, appts, emails, and tasks via Exchange from 4smartphone.com. I also use my SDA to watch movies when on trips. I like my phone but have always wished for a full qwerty keyboard style phone/pda that includes wifi. I am highly considering the e61 but I need to know a few things.

1. I have converted some videos for my current smartphone. Most are in either .avi or mpeg4 format. Does the e61 play videos well? What player does it use?

2. I have a wireless network at home. Is it fairly simple to set the e61 so I can use wifi at home?

3. Is it easy to set up the e61 to sync over the air with Exchange to sync all my email, contacts, tasks, and appts.? Does it support true push email? Tmobile doesn't support push email here in the US (can you believe that?)

I guess what I'm really asking is, from what I've described, do you think I will be able to do with the e61 most of what I can do with my SDA? I'm willing to spend more for the upgrade if I can do what I need/want AND get a qwerty keyboard and an awesome screen.

Any help is truly appreciated. Thanks

1. mp4 natively (codecs limited), avi with SmartMove
2. Yes
3. Yes, yes true push email. Mail for Exchange ships with the device. Obviously you need sp2 on your exchange server.

I'd have thought it would suit you well. but these things are subjective!
