It would be great if you posted Optus info as well as with 555 I think Optus stuffed up mine .
Got a bill for $255 for GPRS incorrectly charged for WAP
Surely I don't need Telsta settings to access Bigpong as I was able to access my emails but had dramas sending emails b4 Telstra NSC updated my phone &removed my settings .

Thanx all for you help, all is now working well. Although I just found out that optus charges 3.3c per kb!!! :-? so even though its working i wont be using it much... it just cost me like $11 to a 360kb .wav file.
heheh yeah gprs is expensive that is y i don't use it, i'd rather use my wap over gsm to check emails as i get $100 worth of free calls per month.
