Wirelessly posted (NOKIA 6630: NokiaN80-1/3.0 (3.0617.0.5) Series60/3.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1)

have a luk under ur orange live box, ur WEP key may b wrote down on the sticker?

ok in ur n80 goto conection settings, then access points and create new, CONNECTION NAME: call it what u want, DATA BEARER: wireless LAN, WLAN NETWORK NAME: select search for network and select urs, NETWORK STATUS: public, WLAN NETWORK MODE: depends, most common is infrastructure, WLAN SECURITY MODE: try WEP, then go into WLAN SECURITY SETTINGS, WEP KEY IN USE: #1, AUTHENTICATION TYPE: open, go into WEP KEY SETTINGS, WEP ENCRYPTION: try 64 bits first, WEP KEY FORMAT: try hexadecimal first, WEP KEY: ur wep key found under roputer! try that, if it still dnt work play around with those WEP ENCRYPTION and WEP KEY FORMAT settings!

biggzy

cheers for your help so far mate, thought i nearly had it, at the 10th attempt managed to get it to accept the wep, (what a bitch trying to enter that!!) now when i try and log on the the internet via wlan, i choose wanadoo, the it asks for a 'Pre-shared key for WLAN:'

any ideas what i need to do next, so close but still so far.....
