S60v2 / v3 Questions

I currently have a Nokia 7610 but will soon be replacing it with an N93. I have several questions.

1. Is it possible to back up my 7610's customised T9 dictionary so that it can be loaded on to the N93?

2. On the 7610, if you receive a call from an unknown number, then you save that number to a new contact, then your call log then shows the contact name, rather than the number. However, if you receive an SMS from an unknown number, then you save it as a new contact, then the SMS sender stays as the number rather than updating itself to the new contact. Has this been fixed?

3. Are there are third-party apps that would perform better when installed to the phone memory instead of the memory card?

Thanks,

Nick

I can help a little with Q.3 because I've been wondering about that too with my N80. No real answer don't think, but apps that are in use in memory, like full screen caller, for example, which changes the way the phone accpets calls, and themes, should be put on the phone memory. If not, they can interfere when trying to perform certain memory card functions like formatting and data transfer, as they are needed by the phone but need to be unloaded at the same time to access the memory card, hence you get a problem. Best bet is trial and error! Memory cards prob aren't as fast as phone memory too, but you may not have nearly as much phone memory so best to save it for what you really need.
