i have a 6630 which is running v3.45.110 i have a 512 card in with tom tom installed i have loads of space in both memories but now and again i get the phone memory full message and to stop some apps the thing is i have nowt running as far as im aware im really stupid so if someone can explain how i can stop getting thease messages i would be very gratfull thanks

Hold the menu key and the list of open apps will be shown. Or maybe you can use fexplorer from www.gosymbian.com
ok ive held the menu jey down and all i get is the telephone square on the disply..so i downloaded the software and checked the memory i have nearly full capacity on the card and the phone..i tried to see which programs are running but i have not been able to please can someone help thanks
With FExplorer search for processes. Close the ones You don�t need. See if you have alarm clocks or recorder programs in background.
