How do i get my phone to use a song as a ringtone, i cant find the ringtone folder on the pc file manager

PC file manager? Do u mean the File manager on PC Suite?
If u put songs which are supports for ur phone to uses as ringtones on Sounds directory in phone memory or MMC, it'll automatically shows in Profiles.
