1) I have noticed lately after upgrading to 4.13, that, often, when I press a function button (Extras, Office, Desk... etc.) simply nothing happens and I fail to access any of the functions unless they are listed on Task Manager. If they do not appear there I have no option but to restart the device (... and you know how long that takes!).
2) A anti-social behaviour that my device was known of in earlier ROM versions is back from the dead! It shuts down when I press the answer button to accept an incoming call forcing me to wait until it restarts.
3) Not all accepted, missed and answered calls are always listed in the call register. Very puzzling.
Notes
1) I have recently installed Extended Extras and a few gaming software.
2) The device hasn't been accidentally dropped into a puddle.
3) It hasn't been shaken violently lately.

I'll give that a try even though I don't see why Task Manager should make any difference as it's always been there from the begining. That unless you're saying that these problems are caused by TM's inability to be in bed with 4.13 (??). I wonder if this was the result of some mailtof@#kf@#k</a> up that the Nokia service centre in Bahrain did.
I've had a problem where I press an app button and found that the app wont respond unless I press another button to start a different app first instead. Eg. I want to open office, but have to press Extras first before I can press Office and have it open.
I think Task manager sometimes (or often together with External DictaPhone) goes weird. I tried to uninstall it for quite some time (for a week) and I didn't find any strange happening after removing it. My phone has been steady and smooth without crashing for almost 12 days! But after installing the Task Manager again, the messaging error, software crashing, and memory error have been returned. Dont know why?
Bad coding perhaps?? i have had also many weird problems with taskmanager and i wont install it never again.. (just my opinion), and i really dont have any use of it.

I won't be to sad to part company with Task Manager if it is really what causing me trouble. I normally find Switcher of more use any way. I have a feeling though that this has to do with something that went wrong during the ROM upgrade. Maybe they're false through.
I too sometimes have the problem of pressing a shortcut and nothing happening exactly as you say. I am only on version 3.54, so i doubt it is related to v4.13 in any way. Either a bug in the Nokia software or interaction with another app.

Um i have only been running 4.13 for about 4 days now but i have had none of the problems.
Even Task Manager works 100%.
But i dont run dictaphone with it.
I've still heard no views on the other two issues, guys

I have the same problem with answering he calls sometimes it hangs up and restarts can only see the missed calls that I miss so many calls with this 9210 I think I will use my dearest siemens s25 again and take 9210 when I really need it
Hmm... on thouse issues i have had no problems. No sudden rebooting of the phone, and all my missed, called, recived numbers are properly in the list!
But as i said i have only been running 4.13 for 5 days so far!
Well found my first problem.
Took awhile. I normally change profiles from the pda side, and seldom from the phone side.
If i hit the lovely little profile kay on the phone... it brings up a blank screen... sniff sniff and all i can do is go back.
After that the profile button no longer works untill i reset the phone! Oh well!
I can live with that till the next upgrade!

All you have to do is copy this dbprofile.db to your csystemdata folder and it should work.

The problem was in your backup.. so make new one.
Looks like many people have same problem when upgrading to 4.13..

After upgrade to 4.13 i also had the trouble off missing calls in my log.
I didn't find a solution jet.
