Hi,
If i have two applications that are in the same sis file can i still get it
signed and those applications be treated as signed apps (with all the
capabilities etc allowed)?
To clarify: i don�t mean embedding one sis file into another, i mean just
creating one sis file that contains two .app files.

Yes you will get signed. The sis is signed, there can be multiple apps
inside.
