hi guys! newbie here. pls help me on my cp. i wnt to format myphone's memory, but when im doing a backup on memory card, the "system error" always appears. I have tried deleting "system.ini" file, but it didint work. what should i do? i cant do a format if i do not have a backup right. pls help me...:frown: :frown: :frown: :frown:

Do a backup to the PC - Outlook + PCSuite for messages. If not, sure you lose all!
This is usually caused by the inabaility to access a certain file. The most likely culprit is a third party program. Make sure nothing else is running when you try to do a backup. You can also install these one at a time to see if you can solve the problem.
