Whos' an owner of an N93 ?

Well ive ordered my contract at mobileshop.com and it was originally getting stock on 2nd August (which is today like you have said) however i called them yesterday and they said stock will be available towards the end of the week.

I was hoping to get the phone by the weekend but probably wont be untill early next week!! LONG!!!!! 😎

Expansis have a newshipment in tomorrow.. and their price is dropping (black model only)..silver is due in a weeks time

I've also ordered mine.
Mine's from onestopphoneshop .

Although they got stock coming in today, I think they have already all sold and I'll have to wait for next week's shipment.

And I'm not tempted to go for any other shop as they had the best mix of price/ & contract for me ( �109 for phone, O2 anytime 400 on a 12 MONTH contract, not 18 months as most others are)

So I'm happy to wait until next week or even early the week after 😊

Decided to order mine at last with onestopphoneshop.. cant be arsed to wait until price drops..

Cost �184 phone with 02. 25 quid a month for 12 months.. (how can anyone sign up for an 18 😊 )... I think they should introduce 6 month contracts... Though i've seen some dealers are pushing 24 month contracts...

Just noticed Nokia still have it advertised on their website as "coming soon", yet you can order the golf version for over �600 quid via their shop...

fmlad - if you ordered online let me know when they dispatch it.

I phoned them to order so I got no way to keep track of status of order 😞 Although the guy on the phone said he'd ring me to let me know when stock somes in, I'm not holding my breath.

But like you, I was porepared to pay a bit more (£109) for a 12 month contract.

But it seems that you wont get near this price on a 12 month contract elswhere, they all seem to be 18 month contracts (And still expensive most of the time)

So once we've got the phone, I guess I'll see you back here in 12 months as we wait for our 5MP phones to be delivered 😊

It will be interesting to see what deals carphonewarehouse do on contract, given they are expected to receive the phone late nxt week early nxt if their mag times are anything to go by..

Suspect it will retail at �499, which will fall inline with most net retailers, dont forget the also do a price match up to �50 quid too..

I bought my Sony erisson V800 �50 quid cheaper 12 months ago thanks to cheaper net shops 😊

It really is a buyers market if you're prepared to do a bit of scouting 😃

I phoned them and they said they would phone me when it's in stock. I'm not holding my breath though! I won't buy it from there, I want an o2 online contract as they always give you loads of texts. Also, due to me upgrading I'll get a good deal. They offered me the N80 for free despite it being �130 on their web page regardless of contract. Sweet 😊

I got mine last week from foneplanet.com. Overall quite impressed with it.😊

I wouldnt hold your breath for O2. When I called them last week they didnt even have a date for it 😞

And your doing well to get a good offer from them for this phone, you must spend a lot of money with them 😊

I'm happy with my purchase, they tell me it will be in stock thursday/friday for next day delivery so that's fine with me.

I've got one, and whilst it's VERY COOL, it's totally massive! It's actually the size of a small camcorder!!!

Ok... mine "was" on order with onestopphoneshop, however after ringing them first thing this morning, to be told we are due it in any time this week or next week i decided to look else where..

Found phoneplanet had them in stock albeit on ORange of all people...(never been with them) , so placed an order with them - once 90% complete i checked my online bank to see if i could print off a statement ((as proof of address) , only to notice carphonewarehouse had debited my account with �184.99 for the phone yet not dispatched it.

After ringing them and complaining, their excuse was " the phones have arrived at our warehouse and will be sent to us for dispatching". My argument with them was you have charged me, yet not dispatched my goods.. I cancelled the order, and concluded the deal with phone planet.

I managed to knock them down on the price too.. so haggle - it saves yoy ���..

Still cost me �100 more than had i gone with carphonewarehouse,however i am getting more for my tarrif..(75 txts 200 mins - �30 a month) against o2's 125 mins and 100 txt for �25 a month..

I also called oneshopphoneshop.
I have now spoken to them 3 times and got 3 different answers to when stock will arrive:-

Ordering- first week of august.
Early this week - thursday or friday
thursday: dont know, or 10 days !

I would be tempted to go for another deal but I cant afford to pay more money,

I've emailed them today demanding a set date (Someone must know what Nokia have told them, even if callcentre staff dont know) else I will cancel ( Oh, and they've taken the money from my account too !!)
I'm happy to wait a while but I just want a set date !

Sim Has already arrived via 1st class mail - still awaiting phone which is due anytime now.. Suspect phone will be unlocked too which is a bonus... None of the branded crap on it..

Phone arrive mid afternoon...

Boxed with no branding or restrictions. I suspect given none of the networks have released the phone, all N93 currently on the market are unlocked\branded.. I suspect Voda and O2 are badging their share which is why its taken a while for general "public" release...

I've stuck My 3 sim and it worked fine straight away... gonna use up my remaining txt n free mins, then stick the orange sim in...

Will post another update once i've had a good play 😊

Its on charge at the moment, but it was a fraction bigger than i thought, the 3d Game on it is surburb,,, had a quick play with the camera

Furrypotato, I did spend a lot with them (�160 on GPRS in one month once). That's why I want a phone with a big screen and wifi.

I have a friend who threatened to not renew her contract with o2 as they didn't have the phone she wanted but instead of letting her go they gave her the money to buy it herself seperately. I'm going to try this and that way I get it unbranded which would be a bonus 😊

I know you say it is huge and I can well believe you but is it still usable one handed without breaking a wrist in the process?

In the style of Toyota's "bigsmall" adverts, it is "coolhuge", where despite it's massive size it still has a certain class cause it does so much and is unique amongst phones 😊

Expansys have now dropped the N93 (black) to a snip over �500... which is about �150 lower than what they were advertising it 2 weeks ago (see earlier posts)..

Surprised contract deals havnt fallen yet.. cheapest is still �484 .. �184 for the phone and �25 a month for 12 months (�360)..from onestopphoneshop etc

I took advantage of the consumer 7 day trail - ordered it from foneshop.. had a play, then returned it..

Will wait now until the price is reasonable (well, stable prob a better word)..

Now deciding wether to go for a silver model instead of the black...

And Carphonewarehouse STILL havent released it..
