Dear all,
Recently my phone has two faults:
1) Phone log error (-20)
2) System error (-3)
I conducted a hard reset using *#7343#. After the reset, i realize that my memory card backup *ARC* file is corrupted.
I manage to restore the file using file scavenger (a recovery software) but however when i paste the file to the backup folder the phone couldn't recognize and does not offer the option to restore.
Please help me as i had important contacts in this backup.

😊 i think you hv gone too much (maybe u r expert:icon14: ).....
now the phone can be use? how bout the memory card, can use now?
the scavenger if i not mistaken for pc hardrive backup.....for phone memory card can't be use.
i don't think so u can get it all previous data, sorry...:tongue:
If You are sure that your backup copy is corrupt, then, nothing to do. You don�t have donne other type of backup? For Outlook, maybe?
