How 2 reset N73 (call+3+* didn't work)

I just try using combination of call + 3 + * and turn on the phone
but nothing happen, anyone know how to reset the phone.

Try another format: *#7370# - You can lose all!

It's best to format a new phone before you use it isn't it?

Actually new phone doesn't need to format but my operator
put some program in the phone and i hate it, so i wish i could
hard reset and it'll be gone.

*#7370# just delete all the data and setting, not formating

If the operator's app is in ROM (Read-Only Memory), then reformatting will not remove it.

It�s correct! If the stuff from operator are in ROM, any format can erase that. Flash again the device, it depends of agreements between Nokia and Operators. Because the new software, coul contain again, the operator stuff.
