:con? It´s a fisical problem... if cannot put a great body in a small space...
Interesting idea... 😊
However, even if you can fit it in, I don't think you can use normal MMC because N70 supports different voltage only (1.8V). Normal MMC uses higher voltage (3V).
And, of course, if the device requires the card slot to be closed, it'll be difficult to close it with a full-size card inserted.

Anyway, after an hilarious few hours with a Stanley knife and heat gun I managed to flatten one end enough so that I could...
hey wait a minute..
Is this question for real?!

We never know.:con? The answer is donne!
the best is to just sell the card and by a mmc mobile or rs-mmc
and btw, the N70 support dual voltage (1,8v & 3v)
it's a pitty that the carddoor needs to be closed to get the card readable by the phone.
i tried an rs-mmc from my nokia 7610 in my n70. wouldnt work. the one for my n70 would work fine in my 7610 though :con?

The N70 requires a "dual-voltage" (DV RS-MMC, MMCmobile) card that supports also ~1.8V. The dual-voltage card from your N70 works in your 7610 because it supports both voltage ranges (hence the name).
I bought a n72, prior to which i had a 6600. I was using a transcend 512mb mmc which obviously was the bigger size mmc. In order to make it fit in my n72, i pulled at the joining clips and the mmc became in two parts. The one with the pins, i inserted in my phone. Is it the same as a rs mmc? I hope it wont do damage to my phone.
Yes, an RS-MMC size card has the adapter to make it full-size. A full-size MMC does not come apart at all.
