I've tried several applications featuring the "Answering Machine Function" on my N90. Unfortunately almost all of them are suffering from two major problems:
1) When the connection gets established, there is a small delay before the greeting starts to play (1-2 seconds). We can somehow deal with this in case the MUTE FUNCTION (supplied with the application) works perfectly which does not! The caller can easily hear what's being said in the background! :con?
2) When the caller is leaving a message, the message will be played through phone loudspeaker and everybody around can easily hear it while being recorded! 😮
