Hey y'all

I woke this mornin to find the battery on my N80 had died overnight, yet again! Unfortunatly though, this time it doesnt seem to want to charge. Not sure if this is a fault with the phone or charger. Anybody else had this problem?

Just come off the phone to orange an they are sending a courier out to replace my phone!! not bad ey. lets just hope all goes well with this one!!!

It all depends. Did you leave it on with most of its functions active (WiFi etc)? The battery is notoriously short lived and will only give 24hours or so of continuous use. It's only by careful power management that I'm able to get two 12 hour slots of action from it.

Try removing the memory card and if that doesn't work, also the SIM.

I had a similar problem with my N80 last week. Almost resigned myself to sending it off for repair, until I tried once more removing the 2GB miniSD card and the SIM and behold it started charging again.

Looks like my card might be dodgy (Ebay purchase), but I'll see if a firmware upgrade will solve that.
