and my problem is that always if i want install some application (.sis) or themes (.sis) i have this message error
"first install series60 product id"
or
"first instal series60 skins support"
please tel me how can i resolve the problem and where can i find this files

The error message is misleading; what it means is simply that the .sis file you're trying to install is not intended for, nor will it work, on your model.
In other words, there are no files to find.
Your 7650 is based on S60 version 0.9, and S60 themes support didn't come before version 2.0. So, if you want to use themes, you need to get a newer phone.
Same with the apps intended for newer S60 versions.
Also: There is no way to upgrade the 7650 to a newer version of S60 or Symbian.
