Not sure what happened to the first post, but here goes again:
I've noticed my E61 connects just fine to most open access points, with the exception of my home WRV54G linksys router. It seems to connect, as it's pingable, but some part of the NAT isn't working - or the phone isn't liking it. This happens regardless of whether it's open, or WEP encrypted. It works on any other wifi system (so far that I've found) flawlessly.
The 2nd problem is with the keypad lock. I appearently enabled the password protect on the key lock... which is fine, except it won't even allow DTMF tones to be passed while you're on the phone, IF it's locked. IMHO, that's NOT user friendly. If I get an incoming call, and answer it, (my apartment community is gated, and that's how they get in - call me, I hit 9 to let them in) I have to first UNLOCK the keypad, THEN hit 9. I also cannot turn off the lock now that it's enabled... it will not let me disable it.
Another thing I am finding a challenge... the numbers are fine to dial if you're dialing a phone NUMBER. If you dial 1-800-progressive or 1-800-comcast for example, anything with words - its difficult to remember which letters are associated with which numbers. Or maybe I'm just an idiot.
