Share connection between two phones

Hi, I'd like to share a 3G connection between two phones.. I have a N70 and a Sony-Ericsson V800, both 3G capable.
The thing is that I like so much the N70 that I want to use it as my primary phone with all his capabilities (msn, web and so on), but there is no valuable 3g flat with my operator (Vodafone Italy).
On my second phone, the V800, I have another operator (wind) that offers a very good flat, so I'd like to connect with the V800, and use that connection with the N70.
I have tried playing around with Gnubox, still without any success, also if, theoretically (does this word exist in english:con? ??) it should be very simple: direct connection via virtual com port to a remote modem, the same thing that gnubox does with a PC...

Before you say that, I can't swap the sim cards 😊

Any help appreciated 😊

Not practical and no software solutions. The only practical solution is to switch the SIM cards (if your N70 is locked to Voda, request the unlocking code from them).
