Hello dear symbian signed support/community.
I have placed ACS developer certificate request more than week ago and I
still
don't get certificate - request is neither rejected nor processed. I wrote
email to
as it's the only contact suggested in FAQ on
symbiansigned site, but I even didn't receive reading notification.
It should be shame to have such support quality for so large company.
If somebody can help, my certificate request ID is 1041.
Thank you in advance,
Dima

What did you request exactly ? An ACS-ID from verisign ? This takes
generally more than one week to process and someone from Verisign will
probably get in touch with you to check your credentials.
If you just request a developer certificate using the developer
certificate request tool then you should get the certificate instantly.
Just renew your request if this is what you asked.

Symbian Signed received your email on Friday at 2.30pm; they don't send out
read notifications.
Essentially, if you've requested manufacturer-approved capabilities, then
the request has to be passed to Nokia/Sony Ericsson etc., who may take a
week to 10 days to respond. As your request was submitted near the beginning
of the month, the Symbian Signed team will check up on its progress for you.

Thank you Mark,
I don't mind if it can take some time I just wanted
some reply like this from symbiansigned to be sure
my request is processing and wasn't lost.
