E-Series and Blackberry Connect

Hey everyone! I had a Blackberry and LOVED it but it just didn't have the multimedia capabilites I wanted. I switched to an N70 and love it as well. The only thing I really miss is the push email. So when the E-series came about with BB Connect I was stoked but I'm a little worried about using it. My friend has a 9300 and said the BB COnnect isn't like you'd expect. It has just one seperate application or something that shows you your messages versus putting it in the Messaging application. How does the E-series work that out? The E61 and the E70 are what I'm thinking about. If someone could just give me a rundown of how it works from receiving to sending, I'd love to hear about it. Thanks!

What you say is correct. It works in the very same way as the 9300. It adds an extra box into the messaging section along with a direct link on the main screen which also displays your 2 latest emails. (this may be able to be changed to show more but I haven't found it yet!)

To reply etc works in the same respect as sms'ing.

So far I love the blackberry connect and it does all i need it to do. Just to have 1 device that does all the jobs I need it to is worth the lack of functionality that blackberry connect has over carrying a 2nd device.

This is just my opinion of course. If I can be of anymore help or send screenshots etc then add me to msn [email protected] or reply here.

Hope this helps.

Cheers
