N70 not recording recent calls anymore

5 replies · 2,606 views · Started 15 August 2006

My N70 stopped updating received calls/missed calls/etc. Basically, it has stopped updating the logs. If I get a missed call, my phone no longer notifies me. It just stopped totally since a week+ ago. What could be wrong and how do I fix it?

Try going to the Log app, change the log duration setting first to "No log" - if it isn't already 😉 and then change it to what you want it to be.

Tried that already. No go. =(

I know that it is basic, just in case, but already You have donne one reboot of phone? And take the battery off for some time, and put again?

The log history vanishes when you change SIMs.

I didn't change SIM cards. It just stopped updating logs all of a sudden. I didn't even install any new programs or messed with any settings. The problem is not about the log history vanishing but my N70 has stopped updating logs totally. If I get a missed call, my phone will not tell me there was a missed call. I tried clearing my logs and now my logs are perpetually empty. =/

I haven't tried this. I'll give it a go in a moment. Thanks.
