How to Update the frim ware @ home?

Hi,
I have Nokia N70 .my Firm ware version is 2.0536.0.2. I want to update this firm ware Can any body let me knwn hw to update this software @ my Houe using data cable.

Kindly let me known where can i get the software and its procedure for the update.
