Hi, I just purchased the N80 on the three network.

Can anyone tell me that have maanged to download from there service pages? can they use the tv facility?

Everytime I use the service menu I get a white screen or the page doesnt load.

I rang three and they simply said that my handset isnt compatible yet reason being that it hasnt got a 'PACKET SWITCH INDICATOR'????

Please help.

Hi I have an N80 on 3 and i can stream the TV channels fine, try going to menu -> tools -> then select setting wizard, this app should get all the relivent information from three that your phone needs to function (like mms settings)

if this dosnt work try selecting TV then in browser settings set the access point either to 3 or if you use wifi alot set to always ask then you can choose wich to connect through.
if you dont have the options of 3 or 3 mms try setting wizard again.

hope this helps

Thanks for this. If I go in to wizard then the application doesnt work. If I choose the access point as user defined then I get the options of '3' and '3 MMS' when trying to connect.

When I try connect to either then I get the url on the bottom of the page but doesnt load. mobile.three.co.uk/s..

Please help.

Shere....define TV? ......the news and weather (free tv) should work fine.....The TV package is an add-on, did you purchase it?
For your Three browsing use '3 ' access point. Try clearing the cache and cookies.......open services and press options on the left softkey, go down to advanced options, delete cookies and clear cache.
