No offence, but I might translate as it took me a couple of times to understand what you were saying.

I know you have probably all seen it in connectivity, but havn't been able to use it because the networks won't give out the settings.
Why would this be on the phone if we cannot use it? People in America are using it with their old motorolas so why can't we? I mean : we paid money for the phone didnt we?

The PTT (Push-To-Talk) support on your Nokia phone depends on the network operator (= carrier) supporting the Nokia version of Push-To-Talk.

If your operator does not have the support, it won't work.

Note also that you must also have other people subcribing to the same PTT service (otherwise there isn't anybody to talk to).

So, call your operator's customer service (or check their website) to see if they support Nokia PTT, and if they do, would they send the correct settings to your phone.
