No. But as usual, you can get these using platsec diagnostics on emulator.
Go to Symbian OS FAQ and put in "diagnostics"

I don't know what capabilities you need.
However you can use the platform diagnostics function on the emulator to
find out.
To find out how, go to the symbian FAQ search page
http://www3.symbian.com/faq.nsf/SearchAll?OpenForm
THen enter "diagnostics" to bring up FAQ on this topic. I think 1344 is OK,
since I wrote it 😊
