I got a new N80 a few days ago (replacing my 6630) and it's _nearly_ working well, but not quite.
The main problem I have with it is that the 3G connections I get are very slow and take an age to connect. This happens wierdly - if I make a connection instantly when it turns on, it works fine (quick, no timeouts). If I wait a few seconds then I notice the internet connection symbol appear all by itself and from that point onwards my connection is extremely slow/times out.
Can anyone think of a reason why it should be making this connection at startup? Could it be trying to download a SIM update that's become corrupt? Could there be software that's making a connection?
Any suggestions on how I can diagnose this?
