I was looking for a audio recording device a while ago to record whatever I needed recorded. I was told to look at some mini disc players but I found the decent ones were still pretty expensive. Lately I found my N Gage, as I have lost it and looking for it for quite some time. I thought it could work and sure enough it did. But both the internal microphone and external one that came with it are horrible at picking up distant sounds. Excellent for close ones though. I was wondering what is a good microphone that you could use with it to pick up distant sounds fairly clearly? Any ideas? Thanks.
