Hi I have recently purchased an n91 and on full volume with the headphones that came with it, it is really soft. Does anyone know of anywhere I could download a software package that will allow it to play louder?

It�s not normal. Go to a Nokia Service point, they do the firmware upgrade for free.
agreed thats not normal mine is over the top loud, and what is a Nokia Service point where can they be found?
is therer somehing off the net i can download to make sure i have my latest n91 version i have no phone probs but just to be safe.
