N80: Help im in Hell

Ok....i got a N80 off someone, it's still on contract under their name. I was trying to change the pincode on wednesday night, failed 3 times the phone locked up and asked for a PUK Code.

He had gave me the password etc to ring Orange network, but that password was wrong. Orange have now done something to my home number which makes me get cut off when i'm hold to speak to the help desk.

he has given me another password to try.

But if i can't ring Orange help desk anymore, what do i do?

I've tried to look online for a PUK Code for the n80 but can not find anything. Also there is nothing in the welcome pack about a PUK Code.

Any suggestions on how to to sort this would be gladly welcome.

The phone is on contract under my mate's name.

I rang Orange from my landline yesterday. He had gave me the wrong password. Since then i am cut off when on hold to Orange helpdesk. This has happened 3 times.

He has given me two words the security password might be, but as I am cut off when on hold to Orange, i can not try these.

Is there any other way to get a PUK Code? Or do I have to buy a new sim card?

Only Orange can give the PUK code for their SIM card. There is no other way.

I'm sure you can find some other phone to use to call Orange, or find an actual Orange store or service point, or some such that you can visit.

Or get a new SIM.

No other options for this sort of problem.
