Nokia BB5 Lock Position

Firmware flashing does not affect the SIM lock in any way. If it was locked before, it stays locked after and until you get an unlocking code from the operator that wanted it locked in the first place.

So how long do we have to wait for the codes ????????

this is just somthing that out of my mind ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, evey thing cracked down in computer world in matter of days , and here this ,,BB5 what are these that world is clue less,

This is one example that proves that everything is *NOT* cracked in a matter of days, doesn't it? 😉

i got both these phones and they both are country locked by there sp , orange and voda phone , there must be somthing that coul't make then ready to work in the Pakistani Networks. any hardware that can do some magic trick,

Honestly!!!! There is already an app that can generate codes to unlock BB5 phones!

It's called BB5 Unlocker 4.2!
I havent tested it though!

yes i know this even i have it and it is an fake one even at ebay they are salling this software that did't work even not 0.01 success rate

Keep on waiting, still (but don't hold your breath while waiting, because it might take a long time, or might even never happen at all).

ok lets say i update it from ( NUS ) will that have an effect like will my sim work i know this is alredy stated that it will not , but form Pakistan i send my cousin in Lahore in the biggiest market and in 20$ a person make my 6680 ready for Pakistani networks and that set was wroking well , untill i change the sim and use diffrent company sim and from that day my phone is back to lock prosition , what was that now ,i tried to trace that person so much but ALLAH know's where he is gone now ,, it is an huage market ,,

so NSU will have any effect ,,??????

NSU will not have any effect on the SIM lock. And if you use it, the firmware version that will be loaded, is the latest version of what it originally had when it left the factory where it was made (latest version of whatever language/operator version it had then).

Finally there an solution but it need an board of n6630 that board that is already open in Pakistani Networks so here what the person told me he will try fro that my set is n6630 Japan and there is an N6630 from Pakistan, Pakistani set LCD is damage so he will put the board into the n6630 of my Japan and he and me hope to ALLAH this time set will be open any good thing any one knows please let us know thanks,
