N73 download to mobile problem

Hi. Whenever I try to download to my mobile (.sis files), it shows error "installation of .sis not supported."

I changed my App Mgr settings to
Software installation: all
Online cert check: off

I guess that is right?
What else do I need to do to download correctly?

Make sure you're trying to get S60 3rd Edition versions of the apps (versions for older releases of S60 won't run on the N73).
