More Bluetooth connection problems with Nokia Symbian phones

4 replies · 5,010 views · Started 20 August 2006

Further to my last post: I have since tried a Nokia E50 with my car kit - and it too wont connect to my Motorola IHF1000 car kit. Over the weeknd I have tried numerous (none Symbian) phones and ALL connect to the car kit without problem.

I hoped to get an answer from this forum as to how to overcome this problem. As nothing is forthcoming, and connection to ones car kit is one of the most important functions for a phone, I will have to return it tomorrow (Monday) and consign Symbian phones to the bin!

In case anyone out there has a last minute solution please email me on [email protected]

Thank you

I don't think that there had been any replies in this thread (I might be wrong of course). Would you be talking about that http://www.allaboutsymbian.com/forum//forum/thread/50432/ by any chance?

By the way, it's nice to see you back here. So how good were the communication devices? 🙄

There were 2 or 3 quite "robust" exchanges that are not there now. Re communication devices - see my thread entitled No Symbian no problems...
