I am sorry for asking a question again! But can I use my 3250 as a modem for my laptop? In some of my friends phones I see a modem icon on connection menu. But theres none in 3250. I want to know that I must install an application on my phone or laptop or what? thanks for your help before your help!!!

If you install PC Suite (http://www.nokia.com/pcsuite), that should be enough.
Separate modem drivers installation is available, too:

But ask first the network operator about the cost of data traffic. Coul be high🙄
