Oooo had a thought.
How about a program that sends all the latest pics on phone to pc as soon as you are in range and then clears the ones on the phone automatically?!

Though a good idea, its going to be a real challege with all the complexities involved. One wrong linking of folder could return the phone to NSC!!
But that should'nt keep us from Hoping 😃
such an app would drain the battery a fair bit
your phone would need to search actively for a BT device every 5 mins or so.
i think this would need to be a PC app. Where your pc actively searches for your phone and as soon as it finds it, downloads your images
dont know if this requires a serial connection (coz pc suite uses one to do this) i wouldnt have thougt so though
not a bad idea.....on a scale of useful apps for the nokia 7650 though, its about 3 out of 5 )
I dont like it,too much windows like, sutff going on behind my back 😊

I agree... also, you would need at least /some/ user intervention. For example, what if you walked close to someone else's PC, and they happened to be running that program? All your pictures are gone, on to some random stranger's computer!
I can see some uses for it, but it needs some serious thought with regards to authentication/security.

And if someone have that app (example in school) computer it would take your pictures from your phone 😊
How about this?
Every time you sit front of you computer you can active app on your phone and computer find it and do what ever you want.
without Ghost Dog's knowledge, his wicked PC sucks all the pictures off his 7650, and posts him in the middle of Yahoo! (somehow) unfortunatley, those were the pictures of (insert something embarrasing here)....

Yeah, but tvoung's suggestion was for a fully-automated program. Using pairing and authentication would make sense, and I'd like to have enough faith in the users of this forum to believe they wouldn't run a program like that! 😃
